The base platform is the full core system — student records, academics, attendance, results, behaviour, access control, analytics and the four school portals — and it is always on. A head office for a group of schools is the fifth portal, priced per member school. Modules like Finance, HR, Library, Hostel, Health Clinic and the School Store are optional add-ons you switch on when you need them; each bills only its own usage.

You buy prepaid credit, and the platform charges you for what you actually run: each entity — every active student, staff account, boarder, catalogued book copy — carries a published monthly rate, consumption like emails, SMS and storage is pay-as-you-go above generous free monthly quotas, and fee and store payments carry a small share of each payment. A per-day statement itemises every count and rate, so you can check the arithmetic behind every naira.

Because your school changes daily and your bill should follow. A monthly rate is metered a day at a time: each morning the platform counts what you actually run and deducts a thirtieth of the monthly price for that count. A pupil who enrols on the 20th costs you eleven days, not a month, and one who leaves stops costing you the next morning. A quoted month is 30 days of the metered rate, so a 31-day month costs one day more — the statement shows every one of them.

Access pauses until you top up — nothing is deleted and your data stays safe exactly as you left it. Topping up restores access instantly. You’ll see low-balance warnings well before that, based on how fast your credit is actually being metered.

No. There is no subscription term, no renewal and no cancellation fee — credit simply lasts as long as your usage lets it. Top up any amount, any time. The one commitment is per module: an add-on you switch on runs for at least a month before it can be switched off again, because that is the unit it is sold in.

Not immediately. Modules are sold by the month, so one you switch on stays on for 30 days; the plans page shows the exact date each becomes switchable and the app blocks the change until then. You are still only metered for what you actually run under it, a day at a time, and after the 30 days it is yours to switch off whenever you like.

A student who exits — graduates, transfers or is expelled — stops counting from the very next day, and your bill drops with them: you are not charged the rest of the month. The same applies to staff who leave and boarders who check out — you only ever pay for who is actually on the roll each morning.

Yes. The School Groups & Districts module adds centralized administration, cross-school analytics, consolidated reporting and group-managed billing for multi-school operators.

Fees are collected online through Paystack. Parents see outstanding balances and payment history in their portal, pay securely, and download receipts — with everything reconciled against the school’s finance ledger automatically.

Yes. Finance runs a per-currency ledger, so schools operating across currencies get an accurate net position without manual conversion.
