Everything about your child, the moment it happens.
Results and attendance as soon as they’re released, fees you can pay securely online, and every announcement in one place — for one child or several, from a single login.
Built for Guardians of one or many wards
What the parents portal does
The same live data as the rest of the school, surfaced for the person looking at it.
Results & progress
See results and academic progress the moment the school releases them — no waiting for a printed report card.
Attendance
Follow your child’s attendance and be kept informed, so you’re never the last to know about an absence.
Fees & secure payments
View outstanding balances, pay securely online through Paystack, and download receipts — all reconciled with the school automatically.
Announcements
Get the school’s announcements and updates in one feed, so nothing important gets lost in a group chat.
School store
Buy uniforms, books and supplies from the school store where enabled — no cash sent to school in an envelope.
A login that comes from a link to your child
Everything below is the real application, running live on this page with sample school data — not screenshots. Start where a parent account comes from — the school linking you to your ward — then follow everything that link lets you see and do.
The school links you to your child
A guardian does not create an account. The school registers them against the students they are responsible for, and invites them in. That link is the parent portal’s security model: everything a parent can see is defined by which children they are attached to.
Registered as a guardian
The school records the guardian — name, relationship, contact details — links them to one or more students, and invites them to their own portal. One parent, several children, one login.
Attached to a real student record
The link points at the school’s own student record — the same one that carries the class placement, the attendance and the results. Nothing is duplicated for parents; they are simply given a scoped view of it.
One login, every ward
Signed in as Ngozi Bello. A parent with three children at the school does not manage three accounts — the portal opens on all of them, and every screen after this can be narrowed to one.
Your family overview
The parent’s home: each ward with the things worth knowing today — attendance, anything outstanding on fees, and what the school has said recently.
A ward in detail
Open one child and get their full picture — class, attendance, results, library standing, clinic visits and hostel allocation — assembled from the modules the school runs.
Their activity feed
A running feed of what has actually happened — work submitted, marks released, a clinic visit, a payment received — so a parent is following the term rather than being told about it in week ten.
Results, attendance, progression
The three questions every parent actually has. All three are answered from the school’s live records, and all three appear the moment the school publishes them — not when a report card is printed.
Published results
Term results as the school released them: subject scores, totals, position and grade against the school’s own scheme, per child and per term.
Attendance
Whether the child was in school, day by day and summarised — the same records the school works from, so a conversation about attendance starts from one set of numbers.
Whether they move up
The end-of-session promotion decision and the results it was made on — promoted, held for review, or repeating — with the school’s published rules behind it.
Billed, paid, receipted
Fees are the part of school life most likely to go wrong over WhatsApp. Here the invoice, the payment and the receipt are the same record the bursary reconciles, seen from the payer’s side.
Your invoices
Every invoice issued against every ward, itemised, with what has been paid and what is still outstanding — and payment taken online from the same screen.
Your payment history
What has been paid, when, against which invoice, with a receipt for each — one trail instead of a folder of transfer screenshots.
The school talking to you
The school calendar and direct messages both run through the portal, so the school has a record of what it sent and the parent has one place to look for it.
The school calendar
Term dates, examinations, holidays and the events a parent needs to plan around — the school’s own calendar, narrowed to the wards they are linked to.
Messages with staff
Direct conversations with the teachers and staff the school allows parents to contact — inside the platform, with a record, and without exchanging personal numbers.
The modules your school switches on
Where the school runs an add-on module with a parent side, it appears in this same login — and only where the school has enabled it.
The school store
Uniform, books and equipment the school sells, ordered by the parent and paid the same way fees are.
No exports. No re-keying. No separate tools.
The parents portal is part of the same connected platform as every other role — so what changes anywhere shows up here, live.
- One login for all of your children
- Secure online fee payments with receipts
- Results and attendance in real time
- Announcements and the store in one feed
