Run the whole institution from one console.
The institution’s control plane. Configure academics, admissions, finance and HR, switch on the modules you need, define roles and permissions, and see a school-wide picture of what needs attention today. Every module lives here — and staff are granted the slices their role needs.
Built for Owners, admins, leadership, bursary & HR
What the school portal does
The same live data as the rest of the school, surfaced for the person looking at it.
Admissions to alumni
Manage the full student lifecycle — applications, enrolment, class placement, records and transitions — without leaving the platform.
Academics & attendance
Configure your academic year, terms, classes, subjects and timetable, then run attendance and publish results across the school.
Modules, roles & permissions
Enable finance, HR, library, hostel, health clinic and more in a click, build roles with granular permissions, and grant each staff member exactly the modules they need.
School-wide at-risk headline
See a single at-risk signal that pulls together attendance, behaviour, results and welfare, so nothing slips through the cracks.
Finance, fees & HR
Invoice fees, collect payments online, reconcile a per-currency ledger, and run payroll, contracts and leave for every employee.
Analytics, reporting & groups
Live dashboards and exportable reports across academics, operations and finance — and roll everything up across multiple schools in a group or district.
From sign-up to running your school
Everything below is the real application, running live on this page with sample school data — not screenshots. Follow the same path a school takes: onboard, set up, then run it day to day.
Sign up and stand up your school
Getting started is a short, guided flow. A school owner creates an account, describes their institution, picks the base platform plus any add-on modules, and is taken straight into their dashboard — no implementation project, no data migration to wait on.
Create your account
The journey starts with a quick sign-up. The school owner creates their personal account — the identity that will own the school tenant and hold the first admin login.
Create your school
After signing up, the owner tells us about the institution — its name, contact details, type and address. This becomes the tenant every portal, role and record belongs to.
Choose your plan and modules
The base platform is always included. From here the owner switches on the add-on modules they need — finance, HR, library, hostel, health and more — and picks a billing interval, with pricing shown live.
You’re in
With the school created and a plan selected, onboarding hands the owner straight into the live dashboard — ready to configure the academic setup and invite the community.
Configure the school and invite everyone
Inside the dashboard, a handful of setup screens get the institution ready to run: define the academic year and subjects, then bring in staff, students and parents. Do it once, and every portal is populated with the right people and structure.
Set your academic year
Define the current session and its terms. This is the backbone the whole platform hangs on — attendance, results, invoices and reports are all scoped to the active academic period.
Define your subjects
Build the subject catalogue the school teaches. Subjects feed the timetable, the gradebook, results and teaching assignments across the whole platform.
Invite your staff
Add employees to the staff directory and invite them in. Each person gets their own Staff portal login — the modules they see are decided by the role you assign.
Enrol your students
Bring students onto the platform — individually or in bulk — and place them into classes. Their records power attendance, results, finance and the student and parent portals.
Link parents and guardians
Connect guardians to their wards. One parent can be linked to several children, and each gets a Parent portal login to follow results, attendance and fees.
Set roles and permissions
The role builder decides who can do what. Grant a bursar finance, a nurse the clinic, a form teacher their classes — with granular, per-module permissions — and staff only ever see what their role allows.
Run the school day to day
With the school set up, the base platform handles the core of daily operations — a school-wide overview, attendance, results, fees, and an early-warning signal for students who need support. Every screen is live and connected: change something in one place and it shows up everywhere.
Your school at a glance
The overview is the owner’s and leadership’s home base — enrolment, attendance, finance and the day’s signals pulled together so it’s clear what needs attention.
Take and monitor attendance
Attendance is recorded per class and rolls up to a school-wide monitoring view, so absence patterns are visible early rather than at report time.
Publish results
Results move through the school’s approval flow and are published to students and parents the moment they’re released — no printed report cards, no re-keying.
Bill and reconcile fees
Invoice fees, collect payments online and reconcile a live per-currency ledger — the bursary’s single source of truth for what’s issued, paid and outstanding.
Catch at-risk students early
A single at-risk headline pulls together attendance, behaviour and academics into high, medium and low-risk bands, so support reaches the students who need it before things slip.
The school owns every module. Staff get the slice they need.
Everything is configured here at the institution level. When you assign a role, the staff member sees exactly those modules inside their own Staff portal — nothing more.
Configured centrally
Academics, finance, HR and every add-on module are switched on and set up once, in the school portal.
Granted by role
A form teacher gets their classes, a nurse the clinic, a bursar finance — assigned with granular permissions.
Used in the Staff portal
Each employee opens the modules their role grants — alongside their own self-service — from one Staff login.
No exports. No re-keying. No separate tools.
The school portal is part of the same connected platform as every other role — so what changes anywhere shows up here, live.
- Every add-on module enabled and managed from one place
- Role builder with granular, per-module permissions
- Grants staff the exact modules their role needs
- Consolidated reporting across schools and districts
