Partner Programme Terms

Anyone may join with a verified email address, whether or not they work at a school. Joining is free, and you receive one referral code.

You may refer a school you own. If you work at a school you refer but do not own it, we review the referral first.

A school becomes your referral when it enters your code at sign-up or in its settings. It may change or remove the code until its first purchase. After that, the referral is yours.

By entering your code, the school agrees that you will see its name, its setup stage and the credit it buys until your referral is complete.

The rates, cap and milestone are those of the programme terms in force when the school entered your code, as shown on the Become a partner page. A later change does not alter a referral you already have.

Only credit a school pays for counts. Free credit, transfers from a group and refunded purchases do not. A commission becomes payable after the holding period in those terms.

If a purchase is refunded or reversed, its commission is cancelled. If it was already paid, the amount is recovered from your next payouts.

We pay payable commissions to the bank account in your Partner portal. Each payout is recorded there. You are responsible for any tax due on what you earn.

We may suspend an account that misleads schools or breaks these terms. While it is suspended, your code is not accepted and no payout is made.
